View Full Version : Will I sell my house and when?

I have a house for sale, a house that i bought half part from my ex after divorce. For almost 1 year and half that it is for sale and when it is almost sold a problem arrives. This time and for the 4th time, the couple who was intending to buy it is having problems and is divorcing.
This is the chart of the question that non intentionaly I made some days ago in the chat forum, but that I decided to use as horary.And after a long while looking at it I feel that it mirors the reality.
To interpretate it as I'm not an expert (far from it),I used Mercury as the ruler of the 1st house for the seller and Jupiter, ruler of the 7th for the buyer. Related to the price I used the ruler of the 10th, Mercury as well and for the conditions of the house and its appearance Jupiter, dignified in this chart but in a cadent house.
I think the answer is a yes, with the Moon in Cancer in 10th aspecting the conjunction of the rulers in 3rd house but with some delays created by the t square in angles and the square to Pars of Fortuna in the 8th added by a Saturn retro in the 12th.
I also think that this chartis telling me that the price that I'm asking is not excessive.
I looked also at the N Node in 7th conjuncting descendant,suggesting that I will find another buyer in the future.
What I'm asking now is is if the interpretation that I've done is correct and what is there that can help me in order to solve this problem.
Is it possible to time? And that will be in 3 months and something or 3 years and something?

Wotercolour, today I have time so I look at your chart.
I do not see that you will sell your house soon. You are Me at 29Sco24 and Moon at 23Can58. The 29th degree shows desperation, impatience, misfortune.And that tight conjuction South node with ASC, same degree, is not optimistic sign at all. Buyer is ruler of 7 th house Ju at 3Sag04.
As you see there are no applaying aspects from Me or Moon, you, and bayer, Ju. No applaying aspects, no sell.
If we look "their" money, ruler of 8th house, Ma, to come to your pocket, ruler of 2nd house (your money) is Ve, we, again do not see applaying aspect so there will be no sell at now.

But the rulers of the first, eighth, and seventh are all in conjunction. The only thing that's missing is that ever elusive aspect between the eighth and second house ruler.

Horary chart do not analyse as natal. In horary chart planet are in conjuct only if quicker planet will conjuct slower planet in same sign before slower planet change sign it is in.
So, we have Me ruler of you in SCo sign, and Ju ruler of bayer in Sag, differnet sign thatn your ruler is in, so these planets are not in conjuct regarding horary rulers for analyse chart.
But if your ruler is, for example, Me is at 20Sco and ruler of 7 house is Ju at 25Sco, then we will have conjuct because Me is quicker planet and for 5 degrees it will conjuct Ju in same sign it is in.

As I said in the post that was my 1st horary chart!!!!!!!! So a disaster!!!!!!!!!!
According to last informations the man is still interested to buy, but he asked time in order to solve divorce.
I will keep you informed!

Hi Fensi,
This is where I get stuck with trying to interpret horary!
If the questioner was asking about a boyfriend, job, pet, you would look at the respective house for information, wouldn't you? When asking about a sale, whatever it was, would you not look at the 3rd house? If it's a property(house, flat ), would you not look at the 4th house?
I know in this case there are planets in the 3rd and 4th house anyway, but you used them as relating to the enquirer rather than 'the house'. When is it one and when is it the other?:rolleyes:

When you want to sell or buy house you must meet somone to buy or to sell and made a contract with him/her. That is why we look at 7 house first which represent buyer or seller. If there are no that aspect there will not be sell or buy. If we find that aspect then we check out if there are aspect from 4 house ruler, your house and 7 house ruler, buyer. If there is applaying aspect your house will be sell, If not, than it means someone will inquiry about your house but will not buy it.
