My very intelligent and worthy brother in law has been underemployed for about 2.5 years now. He took a civil service test, scored highly, and will be interviewed this Friday, Dec 8th. The question is "Will he get the job? Information on chart.

My first stumbling efforts at horary have been in relationship charts, so this type of chart is new to me. I counted to the 7th house from the radix 3rd, for spouse of my sister. Mars is about to change sign, so I take this as a positive change for my brother in law. Do you think he will get the job? Thanks.

Hi Franchesca, yes I think he has a good chance. Mars is in a fixed sign which is affirmative, changes sign very soon which shows a new beginning and will conjunct Jupiter, ruler 10 of work in no time. So I am very hopeful for your brother in law and wish in loads of luck! S.
