Will i need artificial treatment to get pregnant?

Hello and thank you for your time :)
The question is if I will require artificial treatment (in vitro fert. or intra uterine insemination) to achieve pregnancy?
Husband and i have tried for 2 years on our own. We got preg. about 5 yrs ago but miscarried very early on. This week a reproductive medicine doctor finished my evaluation. Nothing was found. But since im almost 39, he said to not waste any more time trying on our own. So I wonder if we will be able to achieve it on our own or not any time soon. Or will i have to incur in that large expense for the artificial treatments :(

So here i go, im a complete newbie:
The querent is represented by Mars (ascendant's ruler), which is in Gemini. Gemini is fertile. 8th house it's a good house for mars.
The queseted is Aries, ruler of the 5th house (children). Uranus is present in the house, is it not related to technology?
Another signifier, the moon 12 house/libra. Moon rules venus which is in the 8 house too!
The whole picture appears pretty good, but i dont know how to put an answer together out of all this info : / haha

Thank you Jupiterasc. I actually have read about it. I keep a copy of my personal lunar fertility chart handy. So I have been taking those dates into account in the last 3 months or so. :) We'll see

According to the chart presented, the Moon is void and also in the Via Combusta. Interesting, as that indicates that nothing would come of the matter and that the question is heading you in the completely wrong direction. regarding your issue.

Your significator, Mars is in Gemini but that is not a particularly fertile sign.

So, you could go and get artificial treatment but, there may be some other underlying cause to your problem that needs to be addressed for a successful outcome.
