Midpoint to midpoint aspects

I have a question about midpoint’s. Should we interpret aspects between midpoints like venus/mars midpoint opposition moon/venus midpoint?

This make any sense? What is the meaning and the height we should give to this aspects?

Nope. Midpoints work like planets, one midpoint to another's planet and/or point.

For example,

Sun/Moon midpoint in Pisces/Virgo when YOUR natal Venus happens to be in Pisces with an alotting orb (9*-10*). This means that someone's nearer Sun/Moon midpoint is conjunct your Venus.

Remember, almost every midpoint has a nearer/farther point, so if your Venus happens to be in Virgo it would still be conjunct (but only the farther midpoint).

When I said conjunct points, I meant the IC/MC and AC/DC axis. If your DC (descendant) happens to be in Capricorn and the midpoint is at 23* Capricorn, it either falls in your DC (7th house) or conjunct it. Big time coolness with that one!

Yes, planets AND important points like the IC/MC and Asc/Desc axises.

I use them (midpoint to midpoint aspects) within charts but not between two charts (synastry) -- They do appear to be relevant within a single chart, although I've always considered them minor influences, unless both pairs share both a midpoint and aspect relationship - then it's generally a major configuration, for example the grand cross, which has two oppositions with squaring midpoints.

This is a good reminder to me that I havn't been paying attention to midpoint-midpoint aspects in charts lately! I need to drag out the script I wrote to find them again :D

I have never attempted to compare a quantity of known synastry pairs for midpoint-midpoint aspects, so I have not actively disproved them as useful, although I would think the influence would be quite minor.

I should also add that 9-10 degrees is an amazingly wide orb for a midpoint, especially considering the number of midpoints in a chart -- 45 between the major objects, so 90 midpoints when you consider near and far! In many charts, that would lead to any degree in the chart being "hot" -- I generally use 1 degree, unless a luminary is involved, 1'30, or 2' for the Sun/Moon midpoint... But I will admit to being more conservative on my orbs than most are.

I tend to think two opposing midpoints are relevant and significant; however, the midpoint to planet/point aspects hold much importance as well ;)

It's not really opposed, it's kind of conjunct. Remember, it's a nearer/farther midpoint and not one opposite the other. It's just conjunct the farther midpoint. And to answer your question, yes! ;)

Of the basic midpoint, MO/VE
MO/VE: The love or affection of women. Feeling. Love. The loving woman. Hours Or love. Pregnancy. Motherhood. Woman's love. The people's love.

When three objects get tangled up in midpoints, it's generally smart to consider all three combinations to get a better feeling for it's energy, but of course MO/VE=SO is the most important...

SO/MO=VE: A friendship of love. A marriage of love. Husband and wife in harmony. Peaceful hours.
SO/VE=MO: Beautiful body of a woman. To be in love. Expressions of love.
MO/VE=SO: Woman's love for the man. The man who is favored by women. The mother. Daily repeating harmonious hours.
