Weight loss chart. The querent asked the best way to lose weight.
I haven't answered one like this so I'm posting here to learn and practice.
Querent is Mars in 7th house, Gemini. From my reading, Mars Gemini is long limbed and thin already. The placement in 7th house seems this person is more concerned about how they look to others perhaps? In any case, they are angular and able to act. Mars here has term in Gemini too.
POF and NN both in 1st house seems to be a good sign. Ability to act and luck again, so this is another positive.
Mars is leaving trine with Uranus in 4th and will aspect Saturn by trine in 3 units. Being in 10th house, perhaps this means that in about 3 units time, with Saturnian patience and steadfastness, the goal can be reached if Mars sticks to it. I like that Mars is pushing this aspect as he comes into trine aspect with Saturn in 10th. Very promising!
I am not sure what to make of Jupiter on 6th house of health cusp. Hope it's not expansion for the querent. lol. Any ideas?
Moon is in 8th house of worry - or perhaps transformation? That would be nice, but how can you tell the difference?
Any input is appreciated. I found this horary interesting.

One important note - the question was "WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT?" and I realize I didn't/couldn't answer this. Any help? Thanks!
this could be completly luny of me I know
I have no idea how to answer this by normal horary methods but...
noticing jupiter in the 6th and ruler of her 4th tells me this person eats at home alot and (jupiter being what it is) and ruler of her home placed in her 6th not good for her health.
her ruler in the7th may mean her motives are to look better for a partner but thats okay, anything that motivates one to be healthier is great news.
the 6th house ruler venus in gemini tells me its nerves that are her problem and needs to find an outlet for this to be sucessfull.
moon doesnt get to mercury in a conj in cancer as merc hits leo before it can do this, so I think once it changes into leo there will be sucess oh and it shows she needs to change from passive to agressive by looking at this placement.
I see from this the way she could do this is by needing more water in her diet and to get out of the house and find a outlet for her tension.
maybee water activities, water arobics, swimming, that kind of thing.
what are your thoughts on this sagicap?

(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice)
This (and similar) types of questions are basically advice request horaries.
The answer will be:
-the nature, quality and activities and other affinities (foods, herbs, etc) of the sign in which the querent's significator is posited (in this case Gemini-ie, Mars is posited in Gemini)
AND
-the nature, quality, activities and other affinities of the sign in which the Part of Successful Outcome (ascendant+jupiter-sun) is posited (in this case the POSO falls @ 25 Virgo)
So, in this chart, she should adopt the activities, use the herbs, eat the foods, affinitive to Gemini and Virgo; since Mercury rules both indicated signs, she should also conisder activities, herbs, foods affinitive to Mercury as well.

I have never tried to crack a chart like this either. A good learning experience!
noticing jupiter in the 6th and ruler of her 4th tells me this person eats at home alot and (jupiter being what it is) and ruler of her home placed in her 6th not good for her health.
I'm impressed with this. Jupiter stumped me and I thought it was expansion coming to her 6th house! This makes sense since I asked and the that seems to be the case. Very interesting. (What I stumble on sometimes is that there can be many meanings for the same placements when you analyze things. How did you decide thats the case - because Jupiter rules the 4th as well?)
her ruler in the7th may mean her motives are to look better for a partner but thats okay, anything that motivates one to be healthier is great news.
This I don't know. But it does seem a possibility. The querent seems to be a perfectionist, concerned with appearances (to me at least). I like how specific you were. Her Mars posited in the 7th, I think she's angular too and has ability to act if she set her mind to it.
the 6th house ruler venus in gemini tells me its nerves that are her problem and needs to find an outlet for this to be sucessfull.

I thought that if Moon needs to change signs, what happens after that is not applicable? I hope you're right though. Gives her a fighting chance....
I see from this the way she could do this is by needing more water in her diet and to get out of the house and find a outlet for her tension.

what are your thoughts on this sagicap?
How do you see these water activities specifically, Didi? Also the water drinking comment. I thought that would be 10 h ruler of the goal perhaps as a water sign??
Didi, you answered the question exactly and I was wondering how to go about that. Really great to stick to the point of the question. Thanks for the comments!! They are super.

Oh yes, it does read like an advice horary. This gives us more focus. Thank you, dr. farr!!
Ok, so Signifactor placed in Gemini and Virgo POS dictates:
I feel Geminis would be "samplers" of small appetizers. Eating a variety of foods throughout the day and little of it. Appetizers rather than full blown out meals in restaurants...They are multitaskers, so I would think they don't concentrate on the meal, they take bites while they do other things...As an air sign, maybe they are best to eat oxygenated foods like fresh fruits and vegetables mostly? Breathing, fresh air and water plays into this, I bet...(This echoes what Didi said about water sports and getting out more and staying away from the Jupiter-home eating problem.) I looked up Gemini herbs and spices and found: "Herbs and spices include caraway, black and white pepper, and marjoram."
Virgo POS: The Sabian for 25 Virgo is: "Virgo 25
Sabian Symbol: A large glorious public building is seen set in a spacious part(k); before it a flag moves with the breeze at half-mast." Again the outdoors, airy, movement-theme. Very cool!
I found this on Virgo eating habits: (Again the nerves theme that Didi pointed out.) http://www.findyourfate.com/astrology/diet/diet-virgo.htm
-Fruit- salads, sprouts ,steamed vegetables with spices added, juices, soups and teas .
Interesting that "Virgo's ruling planet Mercury has dominion over the brain and the nervous system, it also controls the links between the mind and the functions of the body."
This is great. Am I on the right track? Any comments? :)
THANK YOU!
hi sagicap
when you analyze things. How did you decide thats the case - because Jupiter rules the 4th as well?)
well like i was saying this is a bit of intuition and looking at the chart like it was a natal but not so to speak, I tryed to look at the overall picture of it.
1st i looked at her ruler placement (should look at the state its in but i cant do this still) so here we find it in the 7th could be showing a few things
a) she is interested in a relationship/partnership
b) needs help of others
anything 7th H related.
2nd I looked at the matter (so 6th H)rule is venus also in gemini like her ***/ruler and getting away from her a bit... health/weight is gemini erractic and cause can be tensions like we all here have been saying.
3rd I looked at what was in the 6th so here is jupiter ruler of part of her asc and the 4th. to me the asc is being looked at and the 4th is the other issue like you said
Very interesting. (What I stumble on sometimes is that there can be many meanings for the same placements when you analyze things.
I found this too.
so jupiter makes up a good part of the asc (her) and the 4th so home/food is directly related. jupiter is expansion so i took it to mean she eats too much at home. Its where she can relax and forgets about tension issues.
the 6th house ruler venus in gemini tells me its nerves that are her problem and needs to find an outlet for this to be sucessfull
yes this is what i thought also.
I thought that if Moon needs to change signs, what happens after that is not applicable? I hope you're right though. Gives her a fighting chance....
Ive heard 2 things... 1 being this as you said and 2 being moon after changeing signs will only go as far as the first 5 degrees into the next sign. Ive looked at both and Ive seen it go to the next sign but yeah it may not be a correct thing to do im still finding it out.
but i got it from very accurate astrologers so i tryed it out.

her 6th h is going into cancer, water sign as you know, after passing into cancer it aspect a sextile to jupiter... (jupiter to me is a sign of one of the problems for her to do with weight loss)
so since (health ruler) venus will aspect jupiter (problem ruler) once in cancer I take it to think water may be a help for her.
so cancer being water sign i take it to mean she needs to do water things
If she was the cancer asc id say stop drinking to much but since its the 6th h ruler i think she needs it more. not sure of course just a thought.
its really a bit unorthadox of me
your welcomed
let us know what she thinks of it?
If she does or doesnt drink much or has problems eating at home too much, that kind of thing...

Yes, Sagicap, I think you are on the right track, with DiDi's indications and those I mentioned regarding Gemini, Virgo and Mercury.
