Period problems?

The doughter of a friend has recently had period problems and achne. In general gynaecological problems of this nature caused her family great worry to the extend of paranoia, especially by her dad. The chart below is for the question 'Is Efi really ill' ?

The chart is non radical due to the ASC being less than 3 degrees from cusp.
The girl is a friends (11th house) doughter (+5) so this brings us to PISCES and she is represented by Jupiter in Sagg. very strong position.
Her health is her 6th house is LEO and the SUN is her significator in Sagg also.
They both are conjunct and we could say she is not ill.

Does the chart describe her symptoms?
Uranus and Neptune are under mutual reception so she is very worried.
Both her ruler and her health ruler are in Sagg the house of dreams and aspirations education. She is a student working extremely hard and worried a lot about her successes.
Her father (and mother also) is very worried he is represented by Mercury squate Neptune.
She has MARS in SCORIO so her reproductive system maybe upset and also Saturn in LEO which may mean she is in love? (They normally are at her age) lol

PS: It seems her dad is really upsetting her. Reason He is Mercury and he is 6 houses away from the one he rulesupsetting her Scorpio ie his pressure on her is upsetting indirectly her hormonal balance.
