Will I get pregnant this year?

Hi all, I have asked the scariest question for me. Will I get pregnant this year? I am represented by Mars, and the Moon as a co-ruler. Pregnancy is the 5th house since I am not in a relationship right now. Mars and Jupiter are in partial aspect, but the Moon is going into conjunction with Jupiter, but it will not happen before Moon changes sign. Moon is in Aries, barren sign, but soon will enter Taurus, where it is exalted. Jupiter is also in Taurus.
It looks promising but I have some questions:
Can Neptune save the Moon from being Void and
does the aspect with Jupiter in an early degree saves a VOC Moon. There are so many mixed articles about this so I am confused?
Moon in the 6th house, does it reflects my concern of not being able to have children, or it means more?

No pregnancy. For a yes chart lord of 1st and lord of 5th have to be in fertile signs (Pisces, Scorpio, Cancer) or there has to be a a major aspect betwen the two significators...

Moon is Void here and and in a very barren sign. Yes it will conjucnt Jupiter after changing signs and shows potential for having a baby. But not this year, but maybe the next.

I was thinking about this chart a lot, and when Moon changes sign, there will be a conjunction with Jupiter, but there won't be mutual reception. Do we look at mutual reception if the Moon is not prime ruler?

(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice and uses whole sign house format)

-Lot of Conception (asc+mars-sun) falls @ 12 Libra
a) infertile sign = - testimony
b) posited in the 12th house = - testimony
b) conjunct Saturn (Saturn applies to the Lot) = - testimony
c) significators Moon (co-significator), Mars (querent), Jupiter (5th house) flow toward the Lot = + testimony

-Moon flows toward the lord of the 5th house, Jupiter = + testimony
-Mars flows away from Jupiter and no applying aspect between Mars/Jupiter = - testimony
-Jupiter is in a pitted degree of Taurus = - testimony

Results:
Positive = +2 testimonies
Negative = -5 testimonies
Net = -3 testimonies

With a net of -3 testimonies, indications are that you will not have a successful pregnancy prior to the end of 2011; however, the indications are only for this period of time and does not in the least indicate any inhibition of a later successful pregnancy and childbirth.

there is no pregnancy

Mars lord of 1st is barren

even with moon crossing the signs she will be aspecting sun

jupiter fertile so will be the moon but it is worrysome seeing mars being rejected by jupiter .. hence jupiter is in taurus
