Did he get my letter?

I sent him a letter on Monday.Did it arrived yet, and if not when will he get it?

the letter is represented by 3rd house in Scorpio -significator Mars..he is Jupiter
Mars and Jupiter have an aspect but semi-sekstil which we don´t use in Horary..
also Mars is in 9th house of long distance journeys and oversea, but I sent that letter only 30km away town...

help anyone?

Hi - Some additional thoughts: the letter could also be signified by Mercury, the natural ruler of communications and the antiscia of Mercury and Jupiter are sextile - Mercury's antiscion at 16 Gemini and Jupiter's antiscion at 26 Leo. It's a wide orb of 10 degrees but it could achieve the desired outcome 'behind the scenes' as it were.
