I am new to Horary Astrology and would love to know if someone can help me with my question. Do you think I have conceived already?

No. You have Movable Signs on the Angles, 5th House Ruler Venus opposes Saturn and Moon squares Saturn without Reception. Moon is in the 6th House, but within 5° of the 7th House Cusp, so I would read the Moon as being in the 7th House, which is good, because any Planet in a Cadent House in aspect with the Ascendant Ruler without Reception would indicate an illness that gives symptoms of pregnancy but is not pregnancy, and the outcome would not be good (although in this case with Saturn in Libra and Angular -- maybe things would be fine, but Retrograde and in opposition to Venus, I don't know).

Ive just looked at chart and it says its a natal chart with transits and progressions. We need a horary here which is based on the date of the question

which looking at it again it is dated the day of question.....................mmmm let me take a look and i'll get back

You are saturn Rx in natural home of sagittarius but exhalted there..........I would say its unlikely right now.

the ruler of 5th is venus..........good but its in aries which is in detriment.............not so good!

Venus and saturn are seperating.......and if you look at all other aspects to your ruler they are difficult ones.

I would say its a No at this time :sad:
