Does anybody have some thoughts on what the interpretation of a Sagittarian south node in the 12th House conjunct Neptune could mean?

Here are my thoughts..not sure if they're accurate though:

A past that consisted of spreading knowledge, exposing others, being a missionary, tendency to be overly fanatical, did hallucinogenic drugs in past lives to expand the psyche, was imprisoned, spent time in an insane asylum???
