My period has been late for a few days. Could it be pregnancy or something to do with my health problem or because of the pill I took earlier delayed my period? I had sex on 1st May.

We should look at this indicator at first right? Ascendant, lord of ascendant, moon, 5th house, lord of 5th house..

I'll try using the al-Sadwali technique for fertility estimation in delineating this horary question:

-querent = 1st house = Capricorn = Saturn
-5th house = Taurus = Venus
-Moon posited in Taurus
: 5th house = Taurus = fertile
: 8th house = Leo = not fertile
: 11th house = Scorpio = fertile
: 1st house = Capricorn = not fertile
: Moon in Taurus = fertile
: Saturn in Libra = not fertile
: Venus in Aries = not fertile
: first trigonal night lord of sign on the 5th house (Taurus) is the Moon; Moon posited in Taurus = fertile
: Lot of Conception (ascendant+sun-mars: night formula) falls @ 5 Aquarius = not fertile

Totals:
Fertile = 4 testimonies
Not Fertile = 5 testimonies

Net = majority (but only a majority by 1 testimony!) is for "not fertile", therefore I will say that PROBABLY you are not pregnant at this time......

Note: other than the al-Sadwali technique, the significator of the 5th house, Venus is:
a) in detriment in Aries
and
b) in a pitted degree (blocked from action/influence)

Also, 1st house significator Saturn is retrograde and is in opposition-by-sign to the 5th house significator, Venus
..these testimonies are not favorable to conception

But Moon IS in the 5th house (in Taurus in its exaltation and in an elevated degree and these are pregnancy indicators for sure), but Moon is just about to change out of that house and sign (ths cuts down on the + pregnancy indications)
In this sense, as well as relative to the 5th house significator, Venus, the Moon is flowing away from the 5th house and Venus, which also modifies the + pregnancy Lunar indications.

I am not familiar with the al-Sadwali technique that you used but it gives another point of view about the question. BTW, according to your analysis above, it should be...
Fertile = 5
Not Fertile = 4

Do you think the answer will come out soon, maybe in a few days?

Yes I think you will know very shortly; also, counting the testimonies again (al-Sadwali) I still get fertile 4 and not fertile 5.:w00t:
