I'm looking at your natal chart, firstly, the birth time of which I had to guess and try out several before I THINK I have the right one. I got your main data from your profile. So the following is based on an estimated birth time of 5.00pm at Tucson, Arizona. If that is incorrect, the progressions may out by up to several months.

Anyway, Capricorn is 4th cusp, Saturn ruler strong in 7th in fixed sign Taurus. You seem to be pretty much a stay-put kind of person, don't like moving, and take it seriously, as a permanent thing. So this is probably a big decision for you. Also, house moves tend to be connected to marriage and partners, and also possibly to their careers.

The only aspect it makes natally is a sextile to the Moon in mutable Pisces in 5th. Any home moves would be likely to involve your career, women, children, art or entertainment, romance.

Saturn is now transiting your 10th. It is probably giving you strength and substance in your career. However, there are also extra responsibilities and more work for you. It is also possible there is some connection between work and home - e.g., your work is about real estate, or you work from home.

In addition, it appears that in the last 2 years or so, your career or public image received a big boost or advancement. Thank you Spica, I didn't realize my birth time was needed too so I apologize for that. My exact time yes 4:57pm Tucson AZ May 9th 1969. 22 Libra Rising..I have definetly though not had any boosts in the career area ::giggle:: very opposite. Seems like I'm hitting a brickwall but maybe like you said that problem I am having there will pass in about a year. The move is regarding to be close to someone I love. But yes wanting to make sure I am doing the right thing is weighing down on my mind because yes to a taurus with a cappy 4th house a move is a big deal lol. I was hoping Feb, I truly hope it's not a year that would be very sad. I appreciate you taking the time to look at this and give such a thorough answer.

I'm just going to read the horary as it is, no outside info...

You are signified by Mars in Scorpio in the 8th house (whole sign hosues). The Moon and Mars don't behold one another. The Moon and Mars don't aspect one another, and also, the Moon is conjunct the South Node - a very evident sign that the answer doesn't seem to be good. It's in the snake pit. Furthermore, the Moon is at a late degree and in a cadent house.

Mars is combust by the Sun. Looking at the chart over here, Mars' "friends" Mercury RX, Jupiter, and Venus all happen to be combust too. Venus happens to be approaching a critical degree - well whaddaya know! They all also happen to be in the 8th house. What a surprise.

The 9th house is ruled by Jupiter which is also combust by the Sun. It's being burnt out. Jupiter's also conjunct Venus approaching a critical degree.

Saturn's in the 5th house of boyfriends, children, sex, and fun. I wonder what it's doing there :) It's also in detriment and squaring your entire Scorpy stellium. How shocking. Okay playfulness aside. This is me right here right now in the raw..no humor to mask stuff..I know where you are coming from I guess it's hard to accept that answer. His Venus on my Neptune, his Mars square my Neptune.. My Mars conjunct his Neptune, my venus Trine his Neptune, Composite Neptune on our rising, transiting Neptune square my Sun, Square his Venus and Oppose his Mars and going over his rising.. STUPPPPPPPPPPPPID FREAKIN NEPTUNE... maybe all that happy dust is just clouding things up to much and it feels to good to want to see the reality of Saturn and Mars.
