Man's Sun opp Woman's Moon: Good or Bad?

Hi! My boyfriend:27.07.1982 , 12:30, and I : 16.02.1984 , 21:30 we are curious to know is our relationship(1 year till now) is a future one?
My Moon is in Leo, his Sun. We have both AS in Libra.

Are those times 1230 AM or 1230 PM. Also, according to AstroDienst at either one of those times your Ascendant is not in Libra but in Gemini 12:30 or Scorpio @00:30 in the morning. You friend is Libra rising if that is 12:30 PM. I am no professional but I am in a training course right now. I have looked at numerous married couples and quite often at least one person of the couple had their moon in the other's Sun sign (sometimes both do). Then some had their moons in the same element (water,earth, fire, air) or the same quality ( cardinal, fixed, or mutable).
