You posted your natal chart in the horary forum. Horary is the "birth" chart of a question at the exact moment you though of it.
What makes you think your hair loss isn't permanent? Did it fall out rapidly rather than getting thinner over the years? Try Rogaine. You can get Costco's version for about $30. My friend used this when she was going through chemo and she started sprouting an entire head of hair. Also, Take a liquid form of Vitamin B complex a couple times a day. This should help with the stress. Since you are male, it's really hard to say if it will come back or not. Many women go through hair loss because of stress but usually it grows back.

dhundhun you forgot the genetical reason.
I have heard mars in the first house (self, fire, head) can be an indicator if the native is going bald.
I updated the chart.

Mars in the natal first might have this influence, but everything depends upon the totality of chart considerations which are then focused toward this particular issue; I am past 55, and though I have much grey, I still have a pretty full head of hair; yet I have not only Mars, but also Saturn, posited in my natal first house; it all depends upon the totality of indications (note: partial baldness occured both in my maternal and paternal grandfathers)
