Richard Tarnas has an article on the Archai Journal website entitled "World Transits 2000-2020 -- An Overview". As a useful adjunct to this article see the section "Outer Planet Transit Tables" at http://www.planetary-aspects.com/outer_planet/transit_tables.htm on the "Planetary Aspects and Transits" website at http://www.planetary-aspects.com/

These transit tables provide starting and ending dates (and the date when a transit becomes exact or reaches a minimum) for almost all transits during 2000-2020 (for orb values of 5°, 10° and 15°) for the following pairs of planets: Jupiter-Uranus, Saturn-Pluto, Saturn-Uranus, Saturn-Neptune and Uranus-Pluto.

Using these tables it is possible to ascertain the angular separation between any of the planets as paired above, for any date in the period covered, to within a few degrees, provided that that separation is not more than 15°. In other words, these tables make it possible to determine, for a given date, whether two planets form an aspect on that date, and if so, what aspect that is and how close to exact it is. No calculation is needed. These transit tables may thus be a useful research tool for anyone studying the transits of the outer planets during 2000-2020.

An enhanced version of the program which was used to generate those outer planet transit tables is now available (on the same website) as software entitled "Your Planetary Transits".

This program calculates the start and end dates (and times when the aspect is exact) of personal as well as world (mundane) transits, and for all planets, not just the outer planets. The three orbs are user-selectable (not just 15, 10 and 5 degrees). Transits of a certain type (square, etc.) can be searched for. A trial version can be downloaded.
