Query about Mother's health over next 5 years

My mum is showing her age a lot more lately (she is 67) and I have a feeling she is failing and is certainly getting forgetful and slightly absent as well s weaker. She has been to the doctor who has run tests for all sorts though I knw she has not discussed her mental deterioration with him. I asked about how her health would progress over the next 5 years.

I see her in this chart as Venus (10th ruler), exalted in Pisces, so perhaps seemingly stronger than she is? Venus is angular for the minute but will move into the 8th house in 4 units of time. That is my 8th house (her 11th). So this is a little worry as this is my house of loss. Venus is also her 6th ruler (the chart's 3rd house) - so is her health perhaps worse than it appears?

I have a feeling 4 units of time is significant - as mentioned above, her significator changes house in 4, also the moon sextiles her significator in 4, Saturn which is I believe her 8th ruler is retrograde and currently in her 6th house but enters her 5th house in 4.

The node is onher 8th cusp. It looks like something significant is happening in 4 somethings and it may not be good - does anyone agree with this?
