I really don't know much about the minor aspects but I think the quincunx is about mild frustration or inability to integrate (it is the opposite to the semi-sextile which is about mild harmony). I imagine, there would be mild problems with health, maybe something of inflammatory nature (hence frustration). Not sure, just using logic.

the inconjunct is a powerful aspect, and whether the transitting inconjunct is very important or just passingly important has to do with whether or not one has inconjuncts in the natal chart, if the transitting inconjunct is an aspect from an outer planet to a personal planet, and what other transits are occuring at the times of the inconjunct. So you see, the question is incomplete.

Remember that the inconjunct, "applying" to the aspect is active only at a 3 or 4 degree orb, and separating, maybe 2 degrees......and at the very END of the transit, when the planet is moving away for the last time, probably only one degree orb. It's got to be tight to be a true inconjunct.

So much depends upon house, sign, other transits and aspects to the planets in question.

Sorry, you misunderstood me. I meant that so many things affect whether or not that type of transit will be overwhelmingly active or merely transitory. I would need to look at your chart.
Is it on this site? I assume you're talking about your own chart.
Each case if VERY different.
