Threat of nuclear fall out here in CA?

I apologize for introducing myself to this community with such a grave and gloomy question, but I really needed to ask. Thank you for your consideration and help.

Will I, or my family, (my sun and wife) be exposed to health threatening levels of radioactive material carried over from the japanese nuclear stations by the jet stream? And if so when?


And since I am living in L.A., could then one infers that the answer would also apply to the rest of southern california?

(Following is definitely not in accordance with standard horary practice, since I am using Pluto as significator of the radioactive fallout-traditional horary-and me too, most of the time-does not use the outer planets in horary delineations; also, following uses whole sign house format)

-you = 1st house = Sagittarius = Jupiter
-your wife = 7th house = Gemini = Mercury
-you son = 5th house = Aries = Mars
-radioactive fallout = Pluto
-all significators (Jupiter, Mercury, Mars) flow away from Pluto (radioactive fallout significator) = a "no" answer to this question
-your health-6th house-significator = Venus; your wife's 6th house significator = Mars; your son's 6th house significator = Mercury: all of these specific health/house significators (6th house significators) flow away from Pluto = a "no" answer to this question
-Pluto either makes no (hermetic) aspect to significators (Venus; Mars) or is seperating from significators (from Mercury and from Jupiter) all of which further indicates a "no" answer to this question.

Therefore in my opinion the answer to your question is a definite no.
Horary is specific to specific questions, so-again in my opinion-no inference about the rest of Southern California can be made from this chart: the chart indications refer to your question, only...

Moon is VOID of couse, therefore, nothing to come of the question... you have truly nothing to worry about here...
However, there is an inconjunct which usually is not considered in horary, but I use it to gain information, background, but its not to use for delienating outcome.

The inconjunct is between Moon and Sun. Moon is you, Sun rules 9th of foreign country, so i suppose I can take Sun to be Japan. The inconjunct means your own worries and disturbances towards Sun - Japan. The inconjunct implies things that are out of whack and need adjustment. So its your own beliefs and suspicions need to be adjusted, but in reality nothing will come of this threat...
Interesting thing is Sun is approaching Uranus the planet of surprises, sudden changes , destruction...This will happen in 4 degrees, days, weeks or months. Japan or the nuclear plant entering a new stage with sudden changes, but should not be bad, as Sun enters its own exaltation..so some good things might be expected. Japan might be able to fix the issue, and the new sign of Aries could symbolise new era for it...I suppose from this disaster, new things that are more safer will come out, technology will be even more important for Japan....And the sign Aries is powerful and forward, driven to succeed...its like a new begining...

My deepest appreciation to all of you for your very reassuring feedback! I unfortunately know too little, despite my complete fascination, about horary to properly delineate this chart.

I was, for instance, completely fixated on the fact that all 3 significators for my family and I were in the 4th house, a house I've often heard being referenced in horary as the house of endings and death.

Dr. farr, I really appreciate the clarity and the non-traditional horary approach you seem to follow in your interpretations. Would you mind sharing the source of this horary system(s) of yours? Also, if one were to ignore Pluto as the significator for nuclear fallout/threat, what would the traditional significator be then for such a modern concept?
