Neptune in Scorpio in 1st house means above others that the person has a tendency το refuse to see reality for themselves and others.
Also does n't want others to see his real self. He keeps left destiny to drive his life.
A tendency to drink to have fun when is together with other people, because otherwise peoples may believe that he is indifferent and boring. A love of traveling on ships.

Mars in Scorpio in 1st house means that the person has a tendency to hurt his self because of feels that because of his past mistakes must be punished.
Also entangled in the battles and adventures which comes out a loser and wounded.
Can not forget whatever has hurt him, and always carries open his wounds.

mars in the 1 st = vurnable to burns or cuts than the average person. possible scar on the head or face. often a signiture for those who initiate fights as well as being self motivated to pursue plans and objective. having a lot of work(erands) to do in the immediate environment. and ofcourse prone to fevers and hot flashes.
