Question on Mercury Retrograde and Job search

Dear astrologers,

I've a question on applying jobs during mercury retrograde phase and looking forward to hear your advice.

I know that it is not advisable to start any new venture or sign contracts when mercury retrogrades. however, I can't afford to slack on job searching for a month or reject a job offer if it comes during mercury retrograde phase. Hence, I've the following questions...

if I continue to apply for jobs that is posted BEFORE mercury retrogrades, will that be better?

if I applied for jobs during mercury retrograde but start the new job AFTER mercury goes direct, will that be better?

if I follow up with companies that I've applied for BEFORE mercury retrograde, and if I am given a position with the company and start during mercury retrograde, will that be better?
