A lot of conjunctions with major planets. Any ideas?

I've asked lots of people to give me some insight into the strangeness in my chart, with very little luck.:confused: Saturn and sun conjunct in virgo, 11th house; Moon and Jupiter conjunct (leo and cancer respectively) in midheaven (10th and 9th house respectively); venus, mars, pluto stellium in libra in the 12th house, close to ascendant. It's all so aweful and wonderful and so very confusing, respectively. Any ideas about the repercussions of it all?

Without detailing what you think is "strange", it is very unlikely anyone can help you out. You have a chart mostly focused on the top left, indicating you want to do things yourself in the outer world. You have Jupiter (expansion) conjunct (energy is combined with) Midheaven (outer world) conjunct Moon (home, also emotions), indicating you may be very emotional in the outer world somehow.

You have a chart that is mostly a bundle:
According to Tracy Marks' The Art of Astrological Interpretation:

Thanks very much for this, especially your comment about the location of the bundle indicating self direction. That's very true about me and could explain why I percieve that my questions about my chart have not been answered although there have been many astrologers who have taken on the task.

The question about strangeness is with regards to relationships. I've been single for 8 years, and there is no obvious reason for this. Do you think that this sort of thing might be useful for someone with my sort of configuration? I was thinking that it may especially be useful prior to a saturn return, due to the influences that a partner could have on one's direction.

As mentioned, the bundle pattern tends to concentrate energy. In your case it concentrates energy on the "self" (left) side of your chart. So you tend to focus on yourself and not so much on others. In addtion, your Venus (relationships) is conjunct (energy is combined with) your Ascendant (self), so even when using relationships energy you tend to focus on yourself.

I was also wondering about what the mars-pluto and it's association with Venus is all about. How do these energies combine? I've heard that mars-pluto is often associated with a violent personality, but of course because of the position in the 12th house and the sign of Libra, that changes this a bit -- but I'm not sure how.

We need always to look at the whole chart and not just two or three aspects in isolate. The art of astrology is to merge and synthesise and this takes much experience. Venus conjunct Mars Pluto Libra 12th which is ruled by Venus means much spiritual searching. Perhaps a secret love. Square to Jupiter in 9th there can be conflicts with religious and philosophical ideas and you may meet a loved one in a charity situation, they may be incapacitated iin some way or you wish to rescue them or they you. It can be that meeting with a person or person from very different culture and background to you can cause major transformations with you. You have a very deep and profound love nature and which may not be so apparent to others as you are pleasant and wanting to be harmonious with your surroundings and others which is the first impression but you have depths. It can be that someone you love very much is invalided or in an addictive situation and you may lose someone in that situation. You may do some travelling in connection with a family member, have a business with family or perhaps travel to find your roots which are abroad. It is true that all your planets are on the self initiating side of the chart with the exception of Jupiter which is so close to the MC as well. I think photography would be a good outlet for you and I am sure you take lots of snaps when you travel..!!!!

i guess strange could be interpreted as difficult.you have a mars/pluto conjunction in the 12th house.for a woman ,this can be tough has these symbols can show that physical violence could be in your life more than average.there is quintile[72] to your moon which incrases the likelyhood that some people have reacted against you in a physical manner.then the sun is conjunct your saturn.another aspect that c an bring downer moods.at times it can seem everything moves against you.on the positive side it gives you strength to over come obstacles in your like.but for sure you must accept your responsibilities in life rather than fight them.on the up side ,you have a venus sextile mercury which gives you social grace and good communicative skills.can be a aspect of creativity.the venus near the ascendant show love has been around you,but often there is something"hidden" about your expressions of love.

I tend to think that it is better to concern oneself with putting on shoes rather than paving the world in leather, if you get my gist, and I certainly feel that I have had an excellent life so far, except for the lack of romantic relationships during the past 8 years. I am generally a lucky, happy person, but do have spiritual turmoil that I deal with myself. When I was in middle school I read a bunch of books on psychology and have sense controlled my own moods. When I was growing up I would occasionally refuse to speak because I was in a bad mood and didn't want to inconvenience anyone else with it. I do react emotionally to things at times, but then usually temper the reactions with logic and/or meditation. I generally think of my psychological state to be my own responsibility. I'm not depressed and haven't been since I spent 6 months living in China learning kung fu with no English speakers and no even basic comfort -- the mental stuff I can handle now.

I had one relationship with a guy who was clinically depressed, but I ended that one when I was 19 and have been single for 8 years. I have, however, had various relationships with men from abroad during the past 8 years and they have all been short lived. I think the breakups were very upsetting for them.

I would expect Pluto to be quite a long transit, yes? I just spent 3 weeks travelling in Tibet alone -- no issues of safety. What specifically makes you think that there is a dangerous stress in my midst? Stress in my life tends to be in my head and it doesn't tend to involve physical trauma. Although... I broke my neck 6 years ago -- and 2 months later I was back to normal: no long term damage at all. ...but I don't wanna jinx it...

This is pretty darn accurate, I think. I was just wondering: what makes you think that a family member is involved in the travel? My family came to visit me when I was in London, and will again now that I'm in Thailand, but most of my trips are solo.

the focus of the danger is your saturn/pluto midpoint and sun/venus midpoint being squared by transitting pluto .this conjunction of midpoints is very interesting because it ties in very positive emotional states with very reflective,if not depressive mental states.yuor knack for being content in silence could be a reflection of these aspects.it also can be a indication of a abusive early childhood.it would not surprise me if there ws abuse,either physical or sexual or both, by a father figure.it tends to show a "lost" childhood.i.e. responsbilities were placed on you very early,and the freedom of childhood was limited severely.saturn/mars and sun/mars midpoints added to the negative potential.

I can't seem to find what you're talking about, Virinchi. Could you paste the information about these aspects into a post?

When I was born my mother had hepititus, which left her in the hospital for a while and me at home with my father. My dad didn't want to have children, but my mother said she'd divorce him if they didn't (they'd been married for 6 years at that point). According to my mother, once he realised how smart and beautiful, etc, I was, he changed his mind about all of this. I'm not really sure how long this took, and I don't know how much patience my father had while having to take care of an infant he didn't want. I was a very good child.... Always did well in school and was always very focused on 'doing the right thing'. However, I was angry when I was very young, and was a hysterical baby. I wonder if the trauma you are talking about could be the events near my birth. What do you think?

Nope. Nothing. But why does that surprise you? Pluto, venus and mars are all in the 12th house in an air sign. Not really a physical setting. -- but I'm just an amateur at this stuff.
