Help with progressed chart

I've never done a progressed chart and just did one to see what it looks like. What struck my eye right away is:

Uranus,Pluto, Neptune ,Saturrn Moon and Neptune are all conjunct their natal positions. I almost forgot Chiron, same deal. I have no clue how to interpet this, is it the same as doing transits? I would appreciate any input or teaching on this.

Transits have to do with the outer world and its effect on us.

Progressions have to do with our inner world (inner evolving self) and how this inner awareness affects us.

Wilsontc,
Thanks for your reply. I woke in the middle of the night and it hit me,very slow moving planets,probably very little movement. Doublechecked and it was true,the outerplanets have'nt progressed from their natal posittions. Live and learn.
