Hello ,
I am new to Horary and have drawn up a chart for 21st October, 4.23 pm Sydney. I cant download it here.

However the question is my nephew is contesting his Mother's estate. He was estranged from his mother at the time. However there are many reasons the family encouraged him to contest, wont bore you with all that.........

His mother left her entire estate to a couple who befriended her when she was ill, from her local church and who she knew for only some months. She supposedly dictated and signed her Will when she was terminally ill with cancer including brain tumour and could barely read or write at the time. The document was written out by the executors and the beneficiaries, the couple in question, at her hospital bedside, just days before she passed over.

I have my own ideas based on the horary chart but would welcome some feedback from the more expert among you.

Thanks in anticipation.

Claire

If you read your question again, you'll see it's an incomplete question. What is the significance of the data? Is it supposed to be for a horary chart? If so I can't help you.
If you want to know your nephew's chances in court, I'll need HIS birth data and if he has an attorney and if court date (or approx. date) has been set, and what that date is.
If you want to know if his mother was in her right mind when the will was drawn, or if there was deception involved, I'd need her birth data and the date of the will.

The least I need is your nephew's complete birth data....date, time, place.
