A newbie's questions on horary..

I was just thinking of asking a question about horary, IshK. I clicked on "New Posts", and you had started this thread. How convenient! So, if you don't mind, I have a question about asking horary questions:

Can a horary chart show which of two options is the more beneficial path to pick? I think I do remember this being done - was it Catatonia and asking between the army and the air force? Anyway, I have a horary along those lines if it can be done. (I'll start a new thread for it, IshK ;)) Thanks for letting me hijack your thread for this question. (Although it wasn't really hijacking, since it was under the same heading.)
