Is he sterile?

Asked this for a friend.
Virgo on 7th....he would be shown by mercury and moon.
Mercury in 10th in sagitarrius....no idea what that would mean.
no aspect between mercury and moon, but moon is moving away from mercury.
Moon conjunct ascendant in pisces...a fertile placement.
cancer on 5th fertile sign...ruler moon pisces in 1st conjunct asc.
cancer on 6th fertile sign....ruler moon in pisces in 1st.

I would say it looks like he is still fertile, but the moon moving away from mercury makes me wonder if he will become sterile if his condition continues.

What kind of friend did you ask for, and what's the context? Is he married and they're not able to have children? Did his wife ask? Is he your partner and you can't conceive?

A little background would help to figure out who's where in the chart.

as per vedic astrology chart he is in 7th house n lord is sun which is in 5th from 7th, 8th from 7th having Jupiter in Pisces but aspected by 6th lord Saturn so he is sterile but curable.
also 9th lord from 7th is in 6th from 7th but exalated n in early degrees shows some problems in counting of gametes but not so dangerouse position, it may cure.
6th lord saturn in his 2nd house so problem may be due to smoking or deficiency of specific nutrient.

Thank you for your response. Interesting that you said he is but it is curable. There is a good success rate for recovering fertility with the condition he probably has.
When you looked at his 9th house, could you tell me why? Very very beginner here. Thank you.

8th-internal genitalia
9th-2nd from 8th is store house of 9th means eggs or sperms
