(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice and uses whole sign house format)

-you = ascendant = Pisces = Jupiter significator
-the university = 9th house = Scorpio = Mars significator
-Mars flows toward Jupiter = + testimony
-Jupiter, Mars and Moon all flow toward Part of Fortune = + testimony
-Jupiter in a pitted (blocked) degree = - testimony
-Mars sextile Jupiter = + testimony
-Mars in exaltation sign; Jupiter in domicile and in ascending pivot (both dignifying influences), however is in a pit: so net neutral testimony
-Moon in querent's house (1st), flows toward querent (Jupiter) but flows away from quesited (Mars) = net neutral testimony
Results:
Positive = 3 testimonies
Negative = 1 testimony
Neutral = 2 testimonies
Net = + 2 testimonies

...so (by this Primary Ankara horary method), with a net + 2 testimonies, I say yes you will meet the UCL conditions. Note, though, your significator Jupiter: it is strong and dignified (in its rulership and in the ascending angle of the chart) BUT it is in a pitted degree: given the circumstances of your case and this specific question this tells me one fact: you DO have the ability to get the required high marks (this is shown by Jupiter in both essential and accidental dignity) and that the ONLY block is your own self-doubt about it (that's what the pit means for you in this chart) Overcome your OWN doubt, within yourself, and this chart shows you will not have any problems in reaching your goal. Moon in your sign/house warns that you cannot waver in your determination: if you do, if you are not certain within yourself that it is your WILL to study at UCL, then you won't (this is what the Moon here means, in my outlook) If your have ANY doubts about this being your goal (going to UCL) then drop it NOW, because if you have these doubts inside yourself you will not succeed in the forthcoming tests. But if your are sure and steady within yourself of your WILL to go to UCL, then the Moon (together with the other indications in the chart) says yes it will be as you intend...

No

you wont

eventhough jupiter is strong and mars is applying to jupiter ... mercury perfects a square with jupiter before mars successfully connects with jupiter. it is hinderance.

moon on asce shows a change of plans

sorry girlie..just like the 1st chart problems with something that is out of your hands

Well, from my take on the situation (as described relative to Jupiter n my delineation, above) if you don't have the self-condifance, then you will NOT succeed in meeting the UCL conditions. It's really up to you and depends ENTIRELY on your outlook about YOURSELF! If you really believe you won't succeed then why put yourself through the stress? That's where the Moon indications I described come into play: if you are not motivated within yourself to succeed in this matter then that Moon indicates you should drop the matter and save yourself the stress.
In any event , best wishes to you!
