(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice and uses whole sign house format)

...so (by this Primary Ankara horary method), with a net + 2 testimonies, I say yes you will meet the UCL conditions. Note, though, your significator Jupiter: it is strong and dignified (in its rulership and in the ascending angle of the chart) BUT it is in a pitted degree: given the circumstances of your case and this specific question this tells me one fact: you DO have the ability to get the required high marks (this is shown by Jupiter in both essential and accidental dignity) and that the ONLY block is your own self-doubt about it (that's what the pit means for you in this chart) Overcome your OWN doubt, within yourself, and this chart shows you will not have any problems in reaching your goal. Well, from my take on the situation (as described relative to Jupiter n my delineation, above) if you don't have the self-condifance, then you will NOT succeed in meeting the UCL conditions. It's really up to you and depends ENTIRELY on your outlook about YOURSELF! If you really believe you won't succeed then why put yourself through the stress? That's where the Moon indications I described come into play: if you are not motivated within yourself to succeed in this matter then that Moon indicates you should drop the matter and save yourself the stress.
