Today, My brother's friend gave us a call to inform us my brother was involved in a fight and was hospitalized. He needs a sum of money for hospitalization bills and for bailed. In the mean time, I'm trying to raise money to fly there.... can anyone help me to use horary... if he is alright and fine? how is his conditions? why he was beaten up by someone else? hie friend doesn't give me any much details over the phone.. I'm very worried of him... can anyone help please?

In regards to the state of your brother, he is represented by the 3rd cusp, which is Gemini, so your brother is Mercury. Mercury is in peregrine, but in Jupiters term and Venuses face, so in a kinder part of Leo. Mercury is in a past square to Mars in the 1st, showing the fight which resulted in physical injury. Mercury is in mutual reception with the Sun in Leo, which is a good sign as both the Sun and Mercury are associated with medicine and healing. This shows that your brother is being looked after. However, Mercury is moving towards combustion with the Sun, perhaps showing that the care he is under will become more intensive as time goes on. In short, his condition would seem set to worsen.

As far as your brothers physical condition, we count the 6th (health) from the 3rd (of brother) house, which gives us the 8th cusp. Therefore, the ruler of the 8th cusp is the significator of your brothers physical condition, and as the 8th is in Scorpio, this is Mars. Mars shows of pain and injury, and as this is in the 1st, perhaps this is damage to the head. Mars is in detriment in Taurus, it does not operate in an environment that suits its needs, so this is not good. Mars in Fixed Earth suggests scarring or permanent damage (which I hope is not the case).

You are also signified by Mars, and in a cardinal sign and an angular house, this shows your sense of anger and urgency. Yet you are debilitated in Fixed Earth, you must sit and wait. As for your finances, the 2nd cusp is Venus, which is conjunct the South Node, a damaging influence, and Venus is inconjunct Mars, hence you are unable to access 'resources' of your own. Last time I did you a horary, your brother was represented by this debilitated Mars in conjunction to the IC, the place of the 'grave', and as Mars is violence, I should have warned you of some danger to your brother. However, although I had this in mind, I felt that it would not have been right to have made such judgements when I am so inexperienced. I would have hated to have made such a serious judgement and got it wrong, so I declined to mention it. I now realise, had I mentioned it how true it would have been, and now in this chart, your brothers injuries are represented by that same debilitated Mars.

Draco, Thank you so much for your generosity in sharing your gift. He had a serious accident 2 years ago and resulted in multi serious injuries on the face and head. He has recovered from the past injuries and yes, permenant scar and damaged on his face. The damage in the head you saw in the chart, is it refer to this new incident or the past? The only thing I know is he was beaten up and I don't even know if he is in the hospital or he is being arrested now. I don't know how his condition is. You said his condition will be worsened.. will he get recovered? and you said my brother was represented by this debilitated Mars in conjunction to the IC, the place of the 'grave'... what does it mean? his life is in danger? I'm sorry to sound overwhelmed by emotions but I'm dead worried of him. I can't get through the lines to find out more details of him and I've yet to raise the sum of money. In the last post I forgot to mention the Moon is void of course (not considering Pluto), but in an interesting position. It is conjunct the IC, the same place in which Mars was in the previous reading, indicating danger for your brother. The Moon, is the ruler of your brothers turned 2nd house, so it represents your brothers 'resources'. Both the void of course Moon and the IC declare the 'end of the matter', although I do not know what to make of this.

You were concerned as to whether or not your brother would recover, and all I can say is that Mercury, is moving closer toward combustion with the Sun and there are no last aspects, unless we consider the outers as a secondary consideration, in which case there is a trine to Pluto R, in the 8th. I admit that this is not a good sign.
Yet that said, he is the benevolent term and face of the benefics in Leo, in mutual reception to the Sun which absorbs him suggesting that although injured he is not in a state of discomfort.

Regarding the head and face injuries, I would admit that this would correspond to debilitated Mars in Fixed Earth in the 1st, yet I was attempting to describe what may be your brothers current state. It is strange how this parallel has occured.

I'm unsure if I am able to understand it correctly, based on the horary chart, it means he is injuired, not in a very good condition and it doesn't show signs of recovery? I feel like ants on a hot pan, I'm scared to handle it. I don't want to lose him. I can't do anything to help him.. it makes me feel so useless and guilty. Sorry to ask, did the chart reveal anything that he will get involved in any legal actions? if he can come back home safe and sound?

I understand you require clarification as to whether or not your brother will return home. All I can say is that both the Moon and the 4th cusp represent 'home', and both can be found conjunct in Cancer. Mercury is in semi-sextile to the Moon, so there is a connection to 'home', but this is not a major aspect. The only retrograde planet to consider the theme of 'returning' is Pluto which is the (secondary) last aspect to the Moon. So perhaps he will return home in accordance with the nature of Pluto in the 8th. A trine to the PlutoR/8th is also your brothers only future aspect. The Moon, Mercury and Pluto are all at 21 degrees of their respective signs, so perhaps this number is significant for some reason? As the Moon who is general significator and Mercury, your brothers specific significator are both coming into future aspect with Pluto R, the aspect to a retrograde might indicate a 'return', yet the nature of the return would be symbolised by Pluto R/8th, which is perhaps great transformation of some kind.

I cannot have a look at the chart to see about legal action, as that would be a different question and the circumstances of what happened to him should be ascertained first.
