Hi all
We are interested to buy a house that is tailor-made for us and situated next to a little river with lots of trees and bird life. We were about to put in an offer last night, when the estate agent told us that an appartment complex might be built on the other side of the stream, which would block the view and create disturbance and traffic in the otherwise tranquil neighbourhood. We were disappointed, and decided to put the whole idea on hold until we could find out whether building permission would be granted to the property developers.
This morning I asked: will we buy the property? at 12:24 pm, Cape Town, South Africa. I got a very late Asc (28 Cap) Late? Why late? I could have gone with "too early" to ask, but not really late. So far, we are the only interested buyers (as far as I know). Looking at the Moon - she is sitting pretty in the middle of a cadent house, so things won't change in a hurry.
Mars rules the property - in bad shape, but soon moving into Scorpio.
I told the estate agent to put everything on hold until we can get more information from the municipality on the 23rd October, as to whether they will allow building of the appartments across the stream.
Did I miss something crucial??
