Dear Astrologer,

I'm hoping to know what a horary chart reveals on these two questions. They seem two individual quesitons but they are related. I've tried to type out a more detailed background situation but I can't post them after two tries. Probably I was too long winded and took a longer time than the board setting allows. Realised the problem only after the 2nd try and thats why it is too late to copy and paste the original text on the third attempt. I can furnish more details if you need. The questions are below

Will my current business plan be a success?
Will my brother(who is going to relocate) and my family be fine?

Sincerely asking for guidance to make a tough decision.

I'm writing from Malaysia, Johor Baharu. The time asked is 5.27pm and the date is 28-8-05.

Now, you originally stated that you asked your questions at 5:57pm on the 28th August, 2005 (Johur Baharu, Malaysia). So this is the time I am going to use to find the answers to your questions of, 'Will my business plan be a success?', and 'Will my brother and family be fine?'. You can't go modifying the question and changing the time. I have not answered a double question in a horary before, but if they are both connected and were thought of at the same time I don't see why this can't be done. I am using Regiomantus houses, as I have learned is usually customary in horary.

Here goes: 'Will my current business plan be a success?'

Aquarius rises at 9 degrees, therefore you are Saturn, its ruler. Saturn is the greater malefic, so we would expect you to be in very good dignity for this to bode well. I see that Saturn is in both term and face, and so is in the part of Leo in which he is most welcome, good for professional, business like qualities, but Saturn is in detriment in general in Leo, so perhaps Saturn being in term and face makes Saturn only darker and emphasises his malefic qualities. Saturn is cautious and set in his ways, particularly in a fixed sign, and he seeks something to grasp onto and in a cadent house that grasp is weak. Saturn in the 6th shows hard work. Somehow this is a struggle, and you are labouring to make a success of this. Saturns postion is intensified as it moves to conjunction with the DC, this is the point at which you contact an'other'. This shows that you are approaching a significant binding with someone else who is to assist in your challenging and tiresome position. Now, the Sun rules the DC, and the Sun is in Virgo in Saturns term and face also, therefore this is a person with your best interests at heart, who can show you the way and shed light upon your problem. As I said earlier you are Saturn detriment, although in term and face and in a cadent, labourious house so this shows you having a hard time. As I mentioned Saturn is moving towards the DC, so I would suspect that this significant 'other' is in fact your brother perhaps, because he is a person you specify in the question. If not there is another person significant to you in this, and I keep thinking 'partner' of some sort. Are you somehow intending to partner with the brother in this business venture? This is not a good idea. For the brother we look to the 3rd cusp of kin. The 3rd is ruled by Mars, which as was mentioned is in Taurus, so does not operate in an environent which suits his needs. Your brother seeks to be energetic and proactive, but is held back and hindered by being in Taurus, in a fixed sign and on an angle he is determined, but his efforts are wasted, and conjunct the 4th house cusp this has unfortunate consequences for the family. Thank you with utmost sincerity for taking out your precious time for
this reading. I'm in a tacky situation where this decision is going to
affect my family well being and self. It is interesting you saw the
"other" I'll approach in my business matter, I had a tarot reading in 2003
and the reader saw someone who will help with my business and this
person was already in my life by then. looks like I've to find him in order
to propel in my career. lol! However, I've completely no idea who this
mystery man is, even till now.

I'm not partnering with my bro but if my business failed, it will put
my bro and family in a jeopardy situation.

The background of all this financial mess is..Early last year, my
parents wound up their business to pay a hefty sum of medical and court
bills for my bro. I was doing good then so there weren't any worries for
the family daily needs. But shortly after that, my business collapsed
and I declared bankruptcy early this year. My ex cheated my money and
heart. lol!

My lack of income is affecting my family well being. My aged parents
are slogging day and night from 5am-11pm daily, 7 days a week working for
others to make ends meets. I'm wrecked with guilt for not able to share
the financial burden and having my aged parents to work so hard. the
emotional issues of not able to help self and the family is haunting me.
My credit background is prohibiting me for getting a proper job.

I came up with this business idea three months ago and because of the
lack of capital, I've to take up all the work load myself. For three
months, I buried myself for the preparation of this and stopped looking
for a job. I thought this plan would work and will bring me income to get
me out of debts very soon. I'm aware of the heavy work load involved
because I can't afford to hire anyone or outsource for help. I've to do
everything by self from scratch. The horary reveals very dim prospect in
this and it is very disheaterning and discouraging.

I'm exhausted. My parents are exhausted. My brother is disappointed
with himself, the family and me.. He is pronged to using drugs, gambling
and alcohol to "ease" his emotions and I'm seeing him taking backward
steps to his old lifestyle again. I'm dead worried of his well being and
the choice he made.

I'm wrecked with emotional guilt and financial stress every day, every
single day. I don't know if I'm being very selfish to indulge in this
business plan and neglected the immediate needs of the family and the
real immediate reality. But I do know with my credit background, I
wouldn't have any great chance in landing a better job and is not going to
help me to clear all the debts and improve the family state of being.

This impact of this decision is going to affect my family well being
and I'm dead worried if I made the wrong choice. I'm at a loss of not
knowing what to do.. to continue with this plan or to give it up? is it
really all that bad? I can't clear off my debts with this plan? Will a horary able to reveal a definite answer for a yes and no situation? Asking if I should continue with this or give this up and where can I find the mystery man? Who he is? 29th Aug

I'm sorry for typing a long entry and sorry for the rumbling.. I've not
been communicating with anyone else for all this while and it is a let
out of a bottled feelings for one whole year......... thanks for
extending a helping hand to a stranger and I'm appreciativve of the kindness you bestow. It means a lot to my family and me.
