Hello all; this is just great cause i've been wandering for months on net:confused: :eek: and this is the first place to help me !!!! i'm getting mad, mad, mad:confused: because i don't know what is to be of my profession; i have : 6th house beginning in SCORPIO and ending in capricorn and the following planets in SAGITARIUS: SATURN; URANUS CONJUNCT VENUS; in the 10th JUPITER (in PISCES) and in the end of the tenth MOON in aries; ASPECTS: VENUS, URANUS SEXTILE MERCURY ( in 9th aquarius), saturn trine mars (11th aries); ALL planets in 6th SQUARE jupiter; saturn sextile sun (aquarius 9th house). HELP!!!!!!!

Wherever there are two points, there is a point between them. Using this method it is easy to find the midpoint on a line...simply find any two points on a line and the point exactly between them is the midpoint. However, when working with other shapes, it gets confusing deciding which is "the" midpoint. In the case of finding a midpoint on a circle, it STARTS easy enough: find two points...but when we look for the point exactly between them, we find there are TWO. One midpoint is between the two points on one side of the circle and the other midpoint is between the two points on the exact opposite side of the circle.

Using your chart: Let's find the point exactly between your Mars at 17 degrees Aries 26 minutes and your Saturn at 28 degrees Sagittarius 37 minutes. If we start at Saggittarius and move counter-clockwise to Aries, we see the point 18 degrees Aquarius 1.5 minutes is exactly between the two points. However, we also see that if we start at ARIES and move counter-clockwise to Sagittarius, we see the point 18 degrees LEO 1.5 minutes is ALSO exactly between the two points. Which one is the "real" midpoint?

Astrologers get around this issue by figuring out which midpoint is the closer of the two. In this case 18 degrees Aquarius 1.5 minutes is closer to the two planets than 18 degrees Leo 1.5 minutes. So the Aquarius midpoint is the "near" midpoint and the Leo midpoint is the "far" midpoint. In your case this "far" midpoint is in your 3rd house (thinking, also writing).
