I got ASC at 19Vi49.
Your fiance is represent with 7 house so he is Ju at 17Li16, and your mother is represent with 10th house, so she is Me at 13Le48. Me goes to sextile with Ju and both go to aspect Pl rx in 4 house. This is collection of light and that is "yes" answer. It seams that your may lean on your father for help in this situation.
