I really don't know much about Lilith, but I'm intrigued. In my own chart, I have 'Lilith' within three degrees of conjuncion with the South Node and Fortune around the cusp of the twelfth in Capricorn. I have often wondered what the significance of this might be.

Aside from that, when I read your post, a song by "Good Charlotte" started playing in my head: "Girls don't like boys. Girls like cars and money" is the line I was hearing. Possibly this is a subconscious area of self-sabotage, proably past-life conditioning (all 12th house issues) This would cause an underlying mistrust of women, because part of you sees them this way, causing you to put up your walls. (All Capricorn issues)

Well I believe that lilith truly does affect you even when you are a guy. The best way to observe how lilith affects you is to look for the transits in your chart. I have lilith in my seventh house in sag so when lilith makes transits...I see consequences...being that it is in a cardinal house.

First of all, it is always good to go back to the myth that lilith comes from. I am sure everyone is familiar with the rejection/revenge of lilith archetype as opposed to the rejection/sacrifice archetype of Chiron. While true that lilith was a female, even males experience the rejection/revenge that their mothers went through. If you remember...Mars, the god of war, was born from the jealousy that Hera felt due to his philandering hubby Zeus. I am going off into a tangent here, but the bottom line is that like Mars, men are not spared the "rejection/revenge" archetype.

As to the meanings, well when lilith was transiting my fifth house, I felt like I had run sexually amok, if you know what I mean. This was after a separation from someone close.

As many astrologers write, people in a repressed society are not given the opportunity to let out their "wild/dark/Kali" side. We are such a Victorian, proper, repressed society, that pretty soon our dark side comes out in unhealthy ways. If you don't believe me, then read some of Foucault's criticism of society. The whole purpose of the sabbaths were to let loose some of this madness. So lilith shows where we just need to let go. For those of with lilith in seventh house, the shadow that we repress comes to us in the form of concrete/actual partners.

By being aware, we must first have knowledge/embrace/transform this darkness. The tantrik yogis knew exactly how to do this.
