I got ASC at 18Sc34. You are Ma at 13Ta38 and partner is represent with Ve at 07Li26. There are no aspects between significaotrs but both significator goes to aspect with Ne rx in 3 House-this is collection of light, and that is "yes" answer. Because of position of Ne one of your relation or neightbour may intervene in this reconciliation. Moon's only aspect trine with Pl rx supports this "yes" answer. About timing I am not sure but I think it will not be so quick. For 7 or 8 months.
