He is Moon at 02Ar57, ruler of house 3. Moon is in his 10th house, with lot of aspects so it seams that now he is bussy with his career. Because of Moon's future trine with Me in 4 house, may be you will hear some news from him after 8 months. I think he thinks about home where you are, because the same sign is represent him(3H) and your home(4H). So Moon represent him, your home and simultanious is your co-ruler. This is very complicated chart for me. If I want to answer your question about his comeback home I will have to look for aspects about his significator and significator of 4 house, but how when it is the same planet? Maybe in this case I have to look Moon's aspect with cusp of 4 house? In this case it is not promising, it is square. And worst of all is Moon's oposition with Ve(you) so, it is indicator of some conflict between you in future. But on the another hand, last Moon's aspect is trine with Sun on Regulus (very fortunate) degree! It seams that all will end well for you.
