School suspension of work

In Romania summer vacation is longer, but I heard news all over the television and internet that the school won't start because of school suspension of work. We supose to begin in 15th of september, but the question in my head camed and I did the horary chart: Moon VOC occured, but the Mercury has more degrees then the Moon, that means Mercury has the answer ( its also the lord of geniture in this horary chart ). After studing it with the little help of uranians and minor aspects, I found out that is a high posibility that school won't begin and it will be delayed.

Any comments?

Personaly, I would like to begin it and not delay, because I miss my friends.
