Can anyone please help me!!!

The charts which are generated on astrodienst are not the same as the charts on astrology weekly!!! Apparently, timezones do not have to be adjusted on astrodienst because it does the adjusting automatically. So why is it when I put the data in for astrology weekly, using British Standard Time, the chart generated is NOT the same as the one on astrodienst. However, astrodienst charts are meant to automatically convert to the approprate time. What timezone should I be using on A.W. so that the same chart is generated? What is going wrong here! Astrology is a huge subject to get your head around as it is, without this stress. I am concerned about the accuracy of the astrodienst charts as I have been relying on that site for months! I am more inclined to think that A.W. are wrong. Maybe they are both right, and somehow Im wrong, can someone please explain!!!

Any help appreciated!

Draco. :x

Even without knowing more on this particular case, I am inclined to think that Astrodienst is right and AW is wrong, as the amount of work put in that online software at astro.com must have been huge.

However, when it is used right, I find that the astrology chart generator on AW gives correct charts. It is just that this flash-based program is not so easy to use as Astrodienst.

Would you please give the birth data for the chart so that I might check it out. Thank you.

Yes Radu, and thankyou for responding.

15th September 1982, Blackpool: 53n45/3w03, England, 19:05.

I feel that I may be using the AW chart generator wrong Radu. If so what is it I am not doing right?

I really cannot image what could have generated any error in your case. I entered your birth data and the chart generated on AW is correct.

See for yourself:

The only error I can think of right now is reversing East with West when entering the coordinates.

Hi Radu,

I have been back on the AW chart generator and it is now showing the right chart according to the data. I don't know what I must have been doing wrong. I was probably entering the coordinates incorrectly.

Thanks for looking into it.

Draco. :)
