Hey DoubleLibra, are you a Sun/Moon or a Sun/Ascendant kind of double? Funny, I was just thinking this morning that there don't seem to be many Librans around the forum (forgive me Librans, if I have failed to notice!!). So welcome :D hope you enjoy!

Ahh, I managed not to realise that you've already instigated a whole thread (the depression question!).

I notice that you've got Sun tightly conjunct Ascendant in the 12th. I have a friend with this placement (though in Capricorn). I have trouble conceptualising how a Sun acts in the 12th house, how would you describe this placement of yours? I'd be interested to know :)

You know I've never had anyone ask me this. And until I just looked now didn't realize it is sitting in my 12th house instead of my first! :confused:

I really don't know how to explain this. Other than I don't really feel like a Libra at times because I have a hard time finding the "scale" balance (Libra), and I'm not always the peace-loving sign that Libra's are :)

Ok I just "googled" it, and here's what I found ...

SUN IN 12th HOUSE: Life focus on solitude, inner resources, psychology, spirituality, consciousness, meditative, contemplative and altered states, intuition, initiation, karmic patterns and completions, chronic health conditions, energy medicine, service, liberation.

I would have to say I'm more of a loner than than the "social" butterfly like most Libras. I don't like loud noises, would rather be home then at a loud party, and am very interested in psychology, astrology, and spirituality. This definitely portrays who I am.

Very interesting! Glad you pointed this important fact out :eek: And I wondered why I wasn't as social as my Sun Sign Libra is.

Could this also be why I'm very attracted to Virgo's (My current boyfriend of 4 yrs)?

Oh my goodness! I just looked at my partner's natal chart, and his Natal Sun is in the 12th House too. No wonder we share this similarity of needing time alone to re-charge ourselves :)

I'm so glad you brought this to my attention. I've had numerous charts done for me, but no one believe it or not has brought this aspect to my attention. I wonder why :confused:

G'day, thought I should add this to the interpretation of your sun:

Although it is a 12th house sun and it describes the more introverted aspects of your personality, remember that because it is so close to the ASC that it could be interpreted as being in the 1st by people.

Also a lot of the planets in your chart are self-focused because they are on the LHS of the chart. Likewise your moon is in Cap and conj IC which would make you quiet.

Thanks for your welcome message to me.
Just wanted to let you know that I have venus conjunct uranus and pluto all in Libra and my young daughter has Libra ascendant and Moon in Libra conjunct the ascendant in 12th house.
All this libra chat is very interesting,maybe we should start a thread?!

Did you get my message? I left you a personal message in here. I wish I knew more about aspects. I'm just a newbie when it comes to conjunctions, oppositions, squares, trines, etc. :o But we can talk about Libra's in general if you like. My sun is in the 12th House so I'm not the typical social "butterfly" that alot of Libra's are.

I'd also like to know more about Virgo's as my boyfriend is a Virgo Sun/Rising ;)
