Are planets in the first really "displayed"

[Saturnian]

In my appearance?I am wondering...
Can you see all my planets in the first?

I have Sun in the 1st
Mercury in the 1st
Venus in the 1st
Mars near the 1st,end of the 12th(conjunct Asc)
Neptune in the 1st
Uranus in the 1st

Also

Moon sextile Ascendant
Jupiter sextile Ascendant
So can you see those planets affecting my appearance at all?And what characteristics could those be?
Also I have Capricorn Ascendant.

Generally those are "faces",expressions I also project in real life when I am moving and stuff so they come naturally to me,not much posing there...
