The above is a chart I've done for my friend and her neighbor regarding a property issue. The lady has had ongoing issues with her neighbor about fixing the driveway between them. Here is the story in my friend's own words below for background:
As far as my neighbors, the situation is about how to going about doing maintenance on the common shared driveway. There's been practically a Mexican standoff between the households for months now (since January). The real issue is that Julie, the lady neighbor, likes to be in control and is used to people capitulating to whatever she wants. She's very negative and her response to just about everything, not just the road, is 'No'. Face to face talks ceased long ago after a heated confrontation and since then we communicate through letters. We initiated the letter writing and sent our third letter on 12 July 2010 at 2:13 PM in Port Tobacco, MD. Maybe you could do a horary on that. We worked on the wording very carefully to make it as cordial as possible and let her know that all we want to do is to work together to resolve an impasse of longstanding.
This week there appears to be a breakthrough and my husband and I are cautiously optimistic. Chris, the contractor who's renovating our house saw Doug, the neighbor, walking the road pointing and talking with a paving contractor. Chris also got a call from another paving company asking what was up, because they got a call from Doug and their company had already given Chris a quote! He also mentioned that Doug and Julie were interested in paving the part of drive that was exclusively theirs and wanted a quote on that work too. Please understand the backgound of this - in her last letter Julie said that she would never pave the road!
I'm trying to help her but need some guidance if anyone can have a look please. It would be very much appreciated:
Since this is the time of her letter sent to her neighbor, I'm not sure if I read her as 11th H signifactor and her neighbor as 4th from 11th? Or do I just read this as a pure event chart? Once someone can help with that initial question, I will be able to start and post my interpretation.
