nettielove, I'll try to keep my answer simple.

Currently - and perhaps for the past year or so - you have had transiting Neptune, and Chiron (but I'm leaving Chiron out of this post, as that's a whole other story) conjunct your Sun late in Aquarius. When Neptune forms a close conjunction with your Sun - and your Sun is the core of you, your ego - you can feel weak and ineffectual, where previously you may have managed life really well. Neptune clouds your thinking and distorts your reality. You may be thinking things about yourself which are not true; perhaps you are thinking that you are worthless, or not as valued as you'd thought yourself to be. Be careful what you think during this transit, as it may not be the truth.

With Neptune transiting your 10th house you may have had issues in your working life, perhaps even loss of a much-needed job - this is just a possibility. With Neptune also ruling your 11th house, you may have your thoughts and ideas about your long-term goals, or the groups of people you mix with, or women in general become quite negative and self-defeating.

Neptune moves slowly, so this transit to your Sun will be on and off for a few years to come. But there is a purpose to this. There is a deep-seated transformation occurring during which you are being shown your weak spots with a view to adapting or changing. Eventually you will have a different view of yourself and your life, and it will be more realistic. If your health is suffering at this time - and it may - then give yourself plenty of space and time for recovery.

[Just to let you know it's not just you...... I know of one young guy who had this same transit last year, and he had a near-fatal motor-cycle accident, and another man I know had a massive heart attack as transiting Neptune moved close to his natal Aquarius Sun. Both men were born just after mid Feb. These are extreme cases, though.]
