I made a chart anyway....

I'm Saturn in my (9th house) His (3rd house)
Mate is Moon in my (8th house) His (2nd house)
Venus is placed in the (7th house) His (1st house)

Since he is the moon I'm not sure who my co-sig is?

It depends how and who you have learnt horay from, with the 7th,s ruler being the moon you dont nessessarily have to have a con significator..

Could you tell me the degree of the application of Moon to Venus, and Lord of the ascendant to the Lord of the seventh?

I dont want to be rude and your welcomed for the help but cant you read the degrees?

moon is 25.44 virgo
venus 5.27 leo............. no aspect

saturn ruler of asc (you) 28.09 virgo
7th ruler moon 25.44 (love interest)

so if you want to just go on this (but there is more to a reading than this) he the moon will find you saturn in 2 somethings?

for marriage i would expect to see 3rd house rulers involved for signed papers...

but you could meet someone soon.

I can read the degrees but in the link you sent me to, it said to determine time it says count the degrees between aspects or something like that. Or maybe It was the amount of time it takes for the aspect to be exact and I haven't learn to spot the aspects yet or if they are applying or seperating and all of that.

Like how did you get the "2 somethings" thing did you count the degrees between saturn and the moon or was it something else?
