I've never asnwered a question like that before. I don't even know where to start. I will try to give some clues however.

First of all, Scorpio rises. You cannot be innocent with Scoprio rising! You must have done something even if your don't realize it. Also, your significator, Mars, is in his 12th house. 12th and Scoprio, maybe your friend thinks you're keeping a secret from him?

The Moon has just separated from a square with Mercury (him). The Moon rules women in general and his turned 11th in this chart. Is there a reason why he would think that his friendship with you is not the same as it used to be? Maybe he has higher expectations from you than you know.

Anyway, his significator receives yours by sign. Yours doesn't receive his at all. I'm guessing that he cares about you more than you think, not necessarily in a romantic way though, but just enough to be upset if you're not paying attention to him. Afterall, we only get mad at the ones we care about.

Here's an easy way to figure it out; call him up and ask him what's up. The shortest distance between two points is a straight line ;)
