ASC in Sag, she is signified by Jupiter. DSC is in Gemini, he is signified by Mercury. The cusp of the turned 5th from the 7th is in Libra, a lover is signified by Venus.

OK. I tried everything in Lilly's list to see if there is a lover. The list is a bit long, and I don't have enough time to list it all here now. Maybe later. But the list says no to your question "Will he...?"

However, Mercury has separated from a conjunction with Venus and has, since then, moved on to another sign. While there's no current lover shown in this chart, there's a chance he may have already cheated on his wife and broken up with the lover. I can't guarantee it though because I'm not an expert on past events. All I can say is that there is currently no one else.
