natal chart interp

I wanted help interpreting my natal chart. I have jupiter in 7th house, but have been going through difficulity in my relationship. I thought jupiter would bring good luck for love life.
I also have many planets in the 10th house but have no career and job right now.
Can anyone help me interpret current transits? Natal with prog chart attached.
