My closest friend is going through a lot of chaos and I wanted your opinions on his situation. His chart and progressions attached.
He is divorced, engaged twice before, and now married for past 5 years. He has 1 son who is 3 with current wife. He wife is trying to put him in jail for hitting her, though she hit him first. She is also moving into her own apartment, though she has a minimum wage job and not sure how she will support herself. I think she never loved my friend as she was always using him and not loving towards him. Will my friend possibly be going through a divorce? He hopes he won't have to pay fines for the charges she pressed that he hit her--they will go to court for this on June 9. my friend doesnt want her back, but he is scared he will be paying a lot for spousal support and child support. any help is greatly appreciated!

T saturn is fast approaching an opposition to natal moon 1' Aries this may well cause financial hardship and wanting to withdraw emotionally.

"This is a time when your personal needs and your responsibilities to others are at odds with eachother. It seems as is something must give, because you find that you cannot do both. For instance, your employer may be especially demanding now and insist that you work late, and by the time you get home, your loved ones are unhappy you weren't home for dinner on time and that you're too tired to want to do anything else. The result is that you begin to drift away from others emotionally and may feel lonely or alienated from your loved ones."

T Uranus (the divorce planet) is fast approaching natal moon so double whammy coming up
" Because Uranus represents freedom and sudden surprises, you can expect any number of the following situations: loss of home or household or inability to depend upon your mother or female relatives, reactions from women that cause you to feel upset, a feeling of estrangement from your environment (that you don't belong) and an inability to depend on or take for granted the usual comforts of your life (like household applicances that spark with electrical fires or just stop working). Your domestic situation is bound to be in a state of turmoil..."

T Saturn is fast approaching natal pluto - not great either

"The main theme tends to be facing responsibility in the face of corruption. This is a time when you have to concentrate your interests more deeply and narrowly, most often because you are going through a financial burden or some other kind of shortage. This is also a time to get rid of any rules and regulations that do not adequately meet the demands that you are experiencing. Many of the habits that you have grown used to, simply do not apply anymore. You may have to live with austere circumstances for a while."

I know this is coming after the fact, but she hit him he should have called the police and NOT hit her back! She would have been arrested for domestic violence, and more than likely he would have won custody of his son. :rightful:

In my opinion yes I think your friend will be going through a divorce as shown by challenging aspects to the 7th ruler Saturn. N Saturn is at the head of a t-square involving both N Pluto and N Moon. All these planets are getting aspects - right about now by T Uranus and T Saturn. As Saturn is also the ruler of the 8th house in your friends chart, it also seems to be that he is losing money... so yes I think he will be paying money out, but in an 8th house way, maybe the house that he owns is also owned by the bank and it gets taken away or something like that.

Let us not all forget the the 12th house is the house of jails, etc and this is where all the action if pointed towards, he also has the natal promise and jails (as shown by the tsquare in his natal). So yes I think he will also be spending some time in jail.

I think your friend needs a lawer instead. IMO, If anyone hits anyone else, they deserve to be hit back, irregardless.

You need to watch the TV show COPS plus another one called "Jail" they can and do in some states arrest a woman if she hits first!!! I have seen it happen! I have also seen where an adult son hit a father! The laws are changing on domestic violence.
