Hello all, I am relatively new to this site, and I very much enjoy learning about astrology from all of you experienced astrologers.

There are certain things about my chart, that stand out to me and raise questions regarding it, and I will greatly appreciate any and all input given about it!

The first thing that stands out to me, is Saturn closely conjunct ASC, in its natural sign Cap. In figuring my most important planet, I would like to assume it is Saturn. As Saturn being in my 1st, opposing my Sun in 7th, I see many stresses indicated with relations (Me against the world, so to speak), and I assume that the addition of Neptune into the mix increases this.

As a Cancer Sun, my ruling planet is Moon, so this planet gets a little bit more emphasis. I have a Mars/Moon/Venus Stellium in Leo [8th]. DRAMATIC EMOTIONS, yes? And depending on which house style is preferred, Mars is either in 7th or 8th, and I honestly would like to consider it having impact in both houses, especially since my drive and motivation in this world very much relates to both relations with others (partnerships), as well as spiritual endeavours, the after-life, etc (8th).

Many aspects in my chart reflect my creative side, as I have been a musician and artist since very early in life, currently producing electronic and hip hop music. Would this be a wise direction to take regarding a job on the side? OR shall this remain a hobby?

I am, however, enrolled in school for Business/Management, and my mother and I have discussed that I shall be the successor of her Montessori School (possibly inheritances, as per 8th house?).

I could keep going, but I would first like the opinions of you professionals, to see if what I see is the same as what you see.

What stands out most to you guys in this chart?

Welcome to AW, and well done for having a go, it's quite refreshing

Your stellium in libra all functions in 8th as venus is conj 8th house cusp inanyevent and any planet within 5' is considered more effective in the next house along going anti clockwise

Saturn conj Asc and Neptune will knock your confidence in expressing yourself. Nep/Sat is a 'fear of the unknown' and having your dreams, fantasies and ideals crushed in childhood by father, men and/or authority figures.

All your 'outers' saturn, uranus, neptune and pluto are all retrograde (going backwards)

Pluto retrograde in scorpio above

Moon conj mars although separating suggests a bossy mother and you bocoming emotionally assertive.
Mars is also quincunx to saturn and neptune.
mars/neptune suggests questionable relationships -seem drawn to them. Tendency to overlook pertinent factors as not important until you realise too late that you should have paid more attention.
mars/saturn may suffer in relationships, but couldn't do much about this and will poss never understand why...

Your Jupiter is a singleton ie: only planet in air which your chart lacks this energy
Singleton planets
“If a planet happens to be the only one in an element, quality, or house type, that planet is a Singleton and it can funnel all of the “energy” of the horoscope. This planet is often the most important one in the horoscope. In other words, if you just interpret the position of this one planet by sign, house, and aspect, you will get to the “heart of the horoscope”. The effect is the same as if that planet were the only one on one side of the chart.”

(There is a book out by Shirley Lyons Meier, "Elemental Voids, More than Meets the Eye", which gives a good discussion of missing elements.) The Inferior Function can be a source of great motivation and creative expression.

Pluto conj MC
Pluto in Conjunction, "Expect some major shifts in the area of career. You can rise to a position of great influence and then completely change direction at some point.
Pluto is conducive to uncovering that which has been hidden. Its action is rejuvenating. Anything which has been laid to rest can be recycled to begin anew. Consider some of the following career potentials: archaeology, espionage, psychiatry, mortuary science, the secret service, banking, or the medical profession--especially surgery."
http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/aspectspluto.htm

Career options are assessed by MC any planets conjunct, where the ruler of MC is placed, it’s aspects, then 2nd house ‘how you earn your money’ and planets there, ruler of cusp and where it’s placed, then 6th house of ‘type of work you do’ any planets there and how they are aspected.

Researching rulers of houses will help you understand more where I joining the dots so to speak

Pluto/scorpio is a very private sign, make great researchers, analysts, detectives, but always want control. Pluto placed in 11th house of large organisations, groups and friendships
Aquarius ruling 2nd and Uranus in 12th house
"People with this placement of Uranus tend to be born into families where there is a strong sense of propriety and an emphasis placed on conduct and appearances. Any form of exhibitionism is actively discouraged in their childhoods.
People with this placement tend to grow up considering themselves to be ‘ordinary’. They have, however, great potential to develop spiritually by following their own insights and intuition rather than an established path. They have access to a vast reservoir of energy and inspiration from the planes beyond the physical, if they can only become aware of this"

Gemini/mercury placed in 6th house of 'service' co-workers and daily routines
So, Cappi is a very serious austere, cautious reserved sign, pluto is a very private sign, uranus in 12th (no help there then) and gemin/mercury in 6th house of 'service' and paying attention to details.

That Pluto MC is killer, I have it too, in Scorpio, but mine is Square my Cancer Sun. Capricorn Rising too, Capricorn Moon, no stelliums, everything spread out all over the place.

You'd probably do *excellent* in Big Business Management. Wow.

Thank you so much for your opinions, guys. A50, I was especially glad you responded, as I've seen you on this forum and I've concluded you are the most helpful member as of yet!

And in regards to pluto conjunct mc, how is this? In my astro program (zet9 lite), pluto is CLEARLY in 11th house, conjunct that. And with the house settings at equal house system, my MC falls onto the 10th house exactly. Is this inaccurate?

In response to doing well in big business management, I just recently (2 tuesdays ago) got hired as a manager at a pizza buffet/videogame arcade. Since I've been there, I've offered many propositions of change to the company, and they've all been considered. I do agree with management as a good direction. :)
