So sorry to hear things have not gone well.
Re this question: You are Mars, He is Venus. In horary Mars rules Scorpio.
The 2 dont aspect,
A call would be a H3 matter-so we look to both of your house 3 rulers: Saturn and the moon. When the moon changes sign, into Virgo, it will conjunct the moon. Its a way off.
I'm sorry but I suspect he's unable to contact you/. His ruler has just moved into the moon's sign, Cancer, so he probably is feeling very emotional or disconnected from home.
There's a few things in late degrees, so probably better not to pursue that question.Critical degrees are important.

I am now convinced that the court-ordered legal restraints are directly interfering with what would have been the natural course of events in this situation (meaning your over-all situation with your husband) However, you did talk with him yesterday: basically (without going into any deeply personal details), what did he have to say? About your relationship, your future together, and so on? What are his plans as of the current time?
Before going to the cosmos we must investigate and consider as far as we can based upon our own knowledge, reasoning and insight.

Aqut_He is h7 and 3 houses from there is his third, your ninth, ruled by cancer, the moon.Your third is ruled by Saturn.
The moon closely squares the sun. The sun is fully intercepted in his third, your ninth-suggesting legal strictures are on him.
I agree with Dr Farr-that the legals have now taken precedence.

The sun represents a legal process you have to go through-as Leo is intercepted in your ninth house. So yes, the moon's close square to the sun gives another no to the the list.
