2nd house and 11th house problem

i cant seem to explain it i have a GOOD second house, but my 11th house (gains) don't seem to be all that good.the ruler of my second house is in 11th but the benefactor is jupiter in 3rd house, does this mean my financial increase will come from a sibling? and having neptune ruler of my second in 11th house what does it mean? pls help:sad:

ruler of 2nd is neptune and it seems well aspected with trine to moon and jupiter. ruler of 8th house 'other people's money' and mercury is in 4th house, suggesting family members may well share their resources with you.
