Hi everyone. I'm VintageCharm, I'm 21 but I like old things, that's a given. I'm an art student starting my 3rd year this fall. To start off with my basics: I'm a Scorpio with Moon in Leo and Ascending in Cancer (I hear that's a great mess!) and my personal favorite is Venus in Libra (lol). I've always been interested in Astrology and anything metaphysical, but, it wasn't until recently that I really wanted to or had time to learn more about it all. And considering all the strange things that have happened in my life this past few months, it made me more curious in what my chart might be able to say about that.
I can't really say that I know anything about astrology except the basic descriptions of each member of the zodiac. Everything else is completely unknown to me. And to be honest, if someone wouldn't mind reading my chart, I would HIGHLY appreciate it. Also, could anyone care to please point me in the way to what should be my first step in learning more about my chart and how to read them? Thank you. :)

If I can also add what part of astrology is it when one can read the talents and such of said chart, if there is a specific term for it. I know I've read some of predictive astrology, but the talents a person can hold in their chart. I know Scorpio's (or so I've read) are supposed to be more intuitive than most other signs, and I often dream things that come true or that are real that I wouldn't really otherwise have known about. It's always been something that has bugged me (in the sense that I've been so curious about it and not really got any answers in this strange situation of mine) and would like to learn more about that part of astrology, too. Thank you. :)

Basic astrology
Now basically your sun sign is your 'core beliefs, values, ego' and Asc is your physical body, mode of expression and mask and persona that we all wear and hide behind, but definitely not what's going on underneath. What's going on underneath is your Sun sign. Moon sign, house placements and aspects describe your emotional and intuitive responses, also describes your view of your mother, as saturn describes your father by sign and house position.
So, think of a glass milk bottle the bottle is your Asc and your sun the milk, but the milk still has to 'come out' through the glass neck of the milk bottle....
Now aspects within a natal chart represent 'facets' of our personality, because we are all multifaceted beings. What these do is 'break down and compartmentalise' these facets into smaller bite size chunks. This does take quite a lot of self analysis and objectivity to 'see yourself' and why you do certain things and behave in certain ways. Actually it can be quite good therapy...
Remember back to your school days an opposition is 180', square 90', trine 120', and sextile 60' Now challenged aspects are conj (depending on the planets, cos some like each other and some really don't) squares and oppositions. Easy aspects are conj (if the planets get along) eg: Jupiter conj Moon, sextile and trine. Quincunx is inbetween (depending on the planets) causes health strains and unresolved or hard
Saturn, Uranus and Neptune all square MC and this is really worth researching
MC is our professional image and how we want to be perceived in society, career/workwise, what we are/become known for which is different from Asc or sun sign
I have Saggi MC and can behave like extrovert sagg, teach, have interests in 9th house matters, religion, law, philosophy, always enjoy learning new things. But that's not the real me either, the real me is the 'sun sign' think of a glass milk bottle, the milk still has to 'come out' through the glass neck. The bottle being the Asc sign and most visible to other.
Plus the Asc sign is the chemistry, lust and attraction factor when boy meets girl, it's what gets a relationship going. BUT have you never heard (even from your school days) that after a few weeks or months, that mask and persona has to drop and you have to get to know the person underneath and that's totally different to the image we 'project' outwards.
Neptune is a singleton ie: only planet in earth, which the chart lacks this element --
Singleton planets
“If a planet happens to be the only one in an element, quality, or house type, that planet is a Singleton and it can funnel all of the “energy” of the horoscope. This planet is often the most important one in the horoscope. In other words, if you just interpret the position of this one planet by sign, house, and aspect, you will get to the “heart of the horoscope”. The effect is the same as if that planet were the only one on one side of the chart.”

(There is a book out by Shirley Lyons Meier, "Elemental Voids, More than Meets the Eye", which gives a good discussion of missing elements.) The Inferior Function can be a source of great motivation and creative expression.

Neptune play an Important rule as a singleton in your chart...
I find your chart very nice with (not bad as you mentioned)
Sun conjunct pluto in fifth plus neptune singletone, And the pretty exact triangle moon, venus, jupiter.
What cought my attention is the tight conjunction of uranus and saturn and the tight square between sun and moon.
watch pluto transits over your natal planets and its effects.
good luck.
