hello!
well, as i know asc shows not only our appearence but it also shows our birth conditions. for example i have a friend who was born a month late then it is expected normally( 10 month instead of 9) and he has saturn conj his asc. so i`m courious which planet shows cesarian section? i was born with c-section and i have pluto on my asc(i`ll attach my chart). i`ve read some articles about it and some say that it may be uranus that influences such birth(unnatural birth), some say-neptune. so i`d like to hear your opinion. if there are people born with c-section among you, i`d like to know how it is shown in your chart.
thanks in advance:)

Surgical intervention at birth has (historically) been associated (planet wise) with Mars. I notice in your chart that your ascendant is in Scorpio. disposited by Mars; however, I am not prepared to categorically state that "Mars rules c-sections", but I do believe that it often does so.

...as I remember for the birth process we look at the Moon(sing and aspects)...it shows the mother and the birth conditions....
About the ASC...mine is Cap...and I had been late(excuse me if I don't use the right tense:o)...may be a week...but for the Cap rising they say that the first years of the life are most critical....

If you were to have c section we would look to 6th house of health, poss mars transiting making a 'hard aspect' to a malific. To ascertain 'your mothers c section' is far harder and not practicable really.

I have found planets around Asc show certain things like, broken bones or foreceps delivery could be uranus, pluto on ascendant -- did you need help taking your first breath? I have known pluto conj asc where the baby needed reviving and died. Mars around Asc could show quick birth

Using solar arcs did your family relocate age 5 SA Asc conj Moon?
Your venus is conj 12th house cusp in Equal house and a singleton, plus ruler of 7th. this would be more effective in 12th house which suggests you did not receive enough affection in childhood.
To reinforce this Moon conj pluto shows power struggles, manipulation and problem relating to mother and women.

"It is very possible that you were especially sensitive to your maternal figure's emotions, and picked up on her feelings of being overpowered, overwhelmed, resentful, or mistrustful. A strong love-hate attachment to her, or crises surrounding your experience of her, may be something that you live with and it could be undermining you in some manner."

thanks astrologer! well, i didn`t need reviving. about love received-i`m the only child of my mom(she had 4 unseccessful pregnancies before i was born), so all my childhood i`ve always been overprotected and loved more than it was needed. at the same time dad left us before i was born so it made me a little unsecure(i always wanted to have a dad). about my mom-although she`s taurus, she`s really scorpio type-very possessive, jealous and we`ve allways had some power struggles, but she`s always been central figure in my life.
well, i think maybe my c-section birth could be seen with asc sextile neptune(i mean this type of birth always needs narcosis of course)...

My son is a cancer rising, with moon in cancer in the 12th house. He had to go to another hospital while I recovered from my emerg c-section because he was so sick and stayed in the NICU there while we were separated. It was a really hard 3 days without him because they wouldn't let me go too.

I'm not really sure what would show it. He has nothing in the 6th house, but it's ruled by Sag. His Jupiter is in Aries in the 10th.

I have an interesting thought regarding this: The rate of c-sections, at least in the United States, has increased dramatically throughout the years. I've read that one out of every three mothers in this country now undergoes a c-section. Do you suppose it's possible that the natal charts of all of these children contain indications that they were born this way?

I thought Pluto ruled surgery? And birth-death issues. If so Scorpio also for that matter I guess. Moon probably is for pregnancy, and I see pluto conjunct moon in your chart, also both near AC = something happening to the physical body perhaps?

Not that its 100% related, but I had emergency gynechological surgery due to inner bleeding and I have in my natal chart mars conjunct both venus and moon.

problematic question Arian, not that easy to answer, anyway i think there must be some indications, maybe some "generational" aspects that shows the general tendencies. at the same time i think that in the chart of those born from emergency c-section there must more clear picture. i`m not very sure in my answer..

Ok. Lets consider the 2 different situations. Before you born and after you born. Before you born, you live in a dream world. You breath from your mother, eat from her. You live in an environment so different than become to "life". After birth, so many things changed. You trying to breath by your self and you feel cold and trying to get warmed. What a shock! You can't recall in your mind how was your birth, so blurry like drugs effect. The unconscious mind. Its so Neptune. Do you forget that Neptune is the natural ruler of the twelfth house? A house so sensitive and hidden. Also the need to stay hide, secure. We don't like to stay there if the environment is negative around us. Makes us wonder. That's why progress Moon in 12th borrows some such neptunian influence. Callousness belongs to Neptune. The c-section? Definitely Mars involved for a surgery. It's the lancet. Mars stops the illusions of Neptune. Waking us. An aspect between them. Its then. The minute that you are taking your real first breath. AIR. It's the first time that you can talk loudly. It's so socked of your awareness shift. It's the first time that you will feel the first touch. Also the first time that you will feel in a different level. So Venus. An aspect of Venus can indicate the first time you felt. Was your C-section easy? Did you have a good wakening of this world? Ascedant and aspect with Neptune will show you that. Saturn is the planet where should have good aspects with your Ascedant or the four cardinal house cusps. Stability in birth. Stability and precision.

I saw couple of animations and couple of video of c-section birth. The baby was comfortably in womb. Perhaps few more days of comfort to go (in majority of cases). Doctors cut c-section and pull baby out; like - parents waking-up sleeping kids and say - time to go to school.

I am slightly shaken in thoughts - wondering, should I shift my opinion towards Saturnian Influence or Neptunain Influence? Mostly, they are brought in the world before time, undergo some sort of sedation (due to mother's sedation), get deprived of few days essential nutrition. I read in wikis and web pages several-several more things.

C-Section may have influence of Mars or afflicted Moon on mother, but on child, it is different: Saturn, Neptune or may be Chiron.
